About the Role
We are seeking highly creative, detail-oriented designers with a passion for crafting exceptional hospitality environments. Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing five-star hotel, resort, and branded residence projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international design studio.
We actively work with leading hospitality design consultancies in Dubai and the Middle East, placing top designers into firms known for their expertise in luxury hospitality.
Requirements
Design Director / Associate Director – Hospitality
Minimum 12+ years of experience in luxury hospitality interiors
Experience leading large-scale, high-end hotel projects from concept to completion
Strong client-facing, leadership, and project management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Salary: AED 40,000 – 55,000 per month (Tax-Free)
The client may offer to help mobilize candidates on the ground with a flight and a week in a hotel
