3. Eligibility to Use the Website

• Bonafide may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles at its discretion where appropriate. Bonafide may operate profile review and pre-qualification processes before granting full use of the platform or before approving certain profiles for visibility or application activity.

5. Candidate Visibility and Confidentiality

Candidates may be given the ability to choose whether their profile is visible to eligible employers or remains non-visible / discreet.

Where a candidate selects a non-visible or discreet setting:

• The profile will not be openly displayed to employers on the platform.
• Bonafide may review the profile internally for relevant opportunities.
• Bonafide may contact the candidate confidentially if a suitable role arises.
• Profile information may only be shared with an employer with appropriate candidate agreement or as otherwise permitted by the platform process and applicable law.

Bonafide does not guarantee that confidential roles, employer identity, or candidate identity will always be disclosed at the same stage for every opportunity.

6. Employer Accounts

Employers may create accounts to purchase packages, post vacancies, manage applications, search visible candidate profiles where permitted, and use related platform functions.

By registering as an employer, you agree that:

• You are acting for a genuine hiring organisation or with proper authority from that organisation.
• All vacancy details, company information, and contact details are accurate.
• You will use candidate information only for genuine recruitment purposes.
• You will not misuse the platform to collect data, market unrelated services, or contact candidates for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment.
• You remain responsible for your own shortlisting, interview, hiring, and final appointment decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Job Posting Packages and Employer Plans

Bonafide may offer:

• One-off or multi-credit job posting packages.
• Annual employer access plans.
• Bespoke or confidential recruitment solutions.

All package features, posting durations, credits, access rights, validity periods, and pricing are as described on the website or in agreed written documentation at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Package fees are non-refundable once activated or used.
• Unused credits expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Annual plans renew only if expressly agreed.
• Bonafide may amend future pricing, package names, or package structures at any time.

Separate service terms may apply to bespoke search assignments, retained mandates, or customised employer arrangements.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

Bonafide does not guarantee:

• That any candidate will be approved, shortlisted, interviewed, or hired.
• That any employer will receive a certain number of applications.
• That any vacancy will be filled.
• That any visible candidate will respond or accept an opportunity.
• That the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The platform is intended to support recruitment activity, not to guarantee recruitment outcomes.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose.
• Upload false, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, database, or another user’s account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

By submitting content to the website, you confirm that:
